In my experience, yes! I posted some comments back in early May about getting wet on Rough Tor whilst looking at some Neolithic remains. Guess what? My IWC and I were up there again on the weekend and had to cut short our walk due to mist and rain.
We did, however, manage to locate the Neolithic bank cairn we were looking for (pictured) and a good few hut circles. It's a good thing that the weather back in those days was a lot warmer (and drier) than it is now. Otherwise there'd be no archeaology for us to see - or not, depending on the weather conditions. Will it be third time lucky?
